Joys of Being Virtual

Graham Hill founded TreeHugger in 2003 and sold it in 2007 for $10 million. One of the many inspiring aspects of TreeHugger was the fact that it was a virtual company...meaning that there were actual employees but no actual office that they all came to each day.

The cover feature for the April 1, 2010 issue of Inc. magazine focused on the concept of the virtual company. As part of the cover piece, Inc. captured an interview with Hill where he discussed the advantages to having a virtual environment in which to build a company. In the clip below, Hill shares thoughts on his virtual setup:
